The Table is a collegiate governing body of the Regional Assembly. It consists of five members: The Chairman, who leads it; two Vice-chairpersons; and two Secretaries. The Vice-chairpersons occupy the Chairman's duties if he is unable to perform them for any reason, and the Secretaries assume, amongst others, the following functions: authorising the notes of meetings, calling for the roll-call votes and other functions pursuant to section 42 of the chamber Regulations.

 The Table is in charge of the following functions enshrined in section 44 of the Regulations:

• Collegiate representation of the body.
• Organisation of the parliamentary work and the government and internal regime of the Assembly.
• Deciding on the admission and processing of the parliamentary initiatives.
• Acting as the Table of the Plenary.

Currently, the Table of the Regional Assembly of Murcia consists of:

Chairman: Francisco Celdrán Vidal (People's Party – right-wing party)

First Vice-chairman: Alberto Garre López (People's Party – right-wing party)

Second Vice-chairman: Pedro Antonio Sánchez López (People's Party – right-wing party)

First Secretary: María Belén Fernández-Delgado y Cerdá (People's Party – right-wing party)

Second Secretary: María Teresa Rosique Rodríguez (Socialist Party – leftt-wing party)
