Asamblea Regional de Murcia

The Statute of Autonomy of the Region of Murcia establishes that the Regional Assembly holds the legislative power and, in the exercise of its duties, is in charge of: approving budgets; promoting, guiding and controlling the action of the Governing Council and the Chairman; and, in general, exercising the competences provided by the Constitution, this Statute and other rules of the legal system.
