The Permanent Deputation PDF Print

It is the body responsible for the functions of the Regional Assembly when it is not in session, should it have been dissolved or should its term in office be finished.

The Permanent Deputation is led by the Chairman of the Regional Assembly and consists of the members of the Table, the Spokespersons, and the full members and alternates proposed by the parliamentary groups in proportion to their parliamentary presence.

The decisions of the Permanent Deputation, as it happens with the Board of Spokespersons, are adopted in accordance with a voting criterion, by virtue of which every parliamentary group counts as many votes and deputies the Chamber has.
